Developed as a result of KSP Machine’s R&D studies, the PAW PLUS Series combines platform-motion immersion technology with the latest systems to deliver high efficiency in industrial cleaning. As an enhanced model of the PAW series, this system is designed especially for the effective cleaning of complex workpieces in industries such as automotive, metal processing, aerospace, and heavy industry.

Parts are fixed on special fixtures and processed in the immersion tank with 360° rotation, vertical movement, and side-to-side oscillation. During this operation, the system generates agitation (jacuzzi effect), effectively removing dirt, oil, and chips from the most challenging areas of the parts. By simply changing the detergent according to process requirements, the system can be used for various applications such as degreasing, chip removal, post-machining part washing, and paint stripping.

All process controls are managed via a PLC-based touchscreen interface. Its user-friendly control panel ensures easy operation and full control, while its durable design provides long-term reliability. The PAW PLUS Series offers high quality, speed, and efficiency for all parts and projects that require industrial washing.
